In Kenya’s Kware informal settlement, where most families live on less than $2 a day, access to basic hygiene can be life-changing. This month, our partners at Children’s Future Foundation led a menstrual health outreach at Nkaimurunya High School—bringing education, reusable pads, and renewed dignity to girls who need it most.

A young mother and her husband walked over 25 miles carrying 60 pounds of maize—hoping to sell it for food. By the time she reached our clinic, she was critically ill and dehydrated. This summer, the CFF Clinic in Magadi made a life-changing transition from a mobile unit to a permanent facility—bringing vital healthcare closer to home. In just three months, 96 patients received care, solar power extended services into the night, and thanks to a generous donation from Steve Lull, a new motorbike now serves as the community’s first EMS vehicle.
